Is it wrong that when I'm watching football I always giggle when they announce the penalty of "illegal touching"?

For example: I'm watching the Raiders/Jets game, and they keep talking about "penetration". Tee hee!

If it is illegal touching *and* penetration, there may need to be sex offender registration! :P

Been working on correlating tribal offenses with Adam Walsh Act offenses and am still pulling my hair out and confused! double :P
