I would like a law

It is a simple law.

No employee of any company at any level can make more than 100 times the lowest paid employee of that company.

You're paying someone $20,000 a year, then you can make 2 million a year. Want a raise? You have to raise the salaries of the lowest paid employees.

Now, tell me why you don't like my law.

You forget, there are certain businesses/employees not subject to the minimum wage. :)

And you work for one of those?
or are you going to go find a company that'll pay you $1000 a year while paying some poor guy $10? for a year of work?
Remember, if he only works 1 hour, then he's making $20K a year for the purpose of the conversion.
