So, I'm back from Chicago. Had a great time visiting my mom and discovered that he Hampton Hotels are really nice. On the way back, however, I stopped in a rest stop in Indiana and my battery decided it had had enough and wasn't going to take it any more. I tried persuading it, asking it to just go a little further, but it was stubborn. I called AAA and after 2 hours, someone showed up to take it away to be disciplined and gave me a new one. I got home at around 11:30 pm after setting out at 8:30 AM EDT.

Hey, when does Daylight Savings stop anyway?

Gotta go, that slow dog is here again, with his seethrough skin. He annoys me so much!

Daylight savings ends the last weekend of the month.

Don't go all Slow Dog on me. You know that the last time I saw Tanya, she said "who here knows the words to Slow Dog?" and I hesitated for a second, knowing I knew the words but wasn't sure I should raise my hand (there were about 50 people at this concert, tops). After a couple more seconds and her asking again, somebody raised their hand and got to go up on stage and sing the song with her.

I will never forgive myself for those 5 seconds of self-doubt.

Aw. I didn't know that. Confidence, m-boy! Confidence! I told you about that woman at the Mr. T Experience show that went up on stage 'cause she said she knew all the words to the Unpack Your Adjectives song and she knew NONE of them. It couldn't have possibly been worse than that.

Why do you mention this, did I get them wrong somehow?
