Perhaps it is just this issue then. Did all the lines have to be that blurry? Did every single person have to have bared, clenched teeth in every single panel? Bleh.

I think American Flagg! was a lot of pulpy fun.

I detested his late 80's re-imagining of The Shadow though.

Oh, and Barnum: Secret Service to the USA is a lot of fun.
