Computer Problem

urnesha has an old computer, I believe it is running 98. Last time she started it up, she got an error telling her it would reboot in Safe mode. It did. Now she can't get it out of safe mode. Anyone know how to fix this? It is an HP and I don't remember how to get to the boot menu to choose mode in 98.
