Odd Morning

As I pulled into the parking lot this morning there were 4 firetrucks pulling into the adjacent lot, also for this building. No-one seems to know why. Security was running about trying to find out why they were here and when I got to me desk a manager was going around saying it may be a bomb scare. Apparently a little over a year ago they had a string of them.

I wonder if I'll ever find out what's going on today...

No Boom

It turns out that the fire trucks were here because someone found something under their desk that they didn't put there. That's as much of a description as we got. They called security, security called the cops who called the firemen. Cops and firemen showed up, took the thing away, all is quiet. I'd love for them to blow it up somewhere and have someone go to the person in a few hours and say "The brochures you ordered came in, I put them under your desk for you."
