Three egg or not three egg.
If I have 3 eggs for breakfast it is 240 calories.
If I have a packet of crisps it is 220.
If I have eggs, I tend to get bacon. I have no idea how many calories in the bacon.
Is starting with eggs a good thing? Should I wait until lunch to eat? What to do?!
