Post or No Post

I haven't posted. Why? Because I'm frustrated with my rate of weight loss, have no-one to blame but myself and though there's little to say about it, it is what I'm thinking about most.
Before you say I'm "making good progress" remember that I'm losing the contest.

I'm talking to hagbardc on the phone right now and he's cleaning. He found a recipie on the floor and started reading aloud.
Bring water to a boil
Reduce to a simmer
Add bees

He also found something where he's supposed to get money back, which reminds me. head58, I only got one of the rebates so far.
