Emotion

Last night I started feeling sad for a moment. Then I realized I wasn't sad, I was lonely. I've evidently been conflating sad and lonely quite often, leading me to believe I'm more depressed than I am when actually I'm just missing having a girlfriend. I need to be more aware of the difference between sad and lonely.

Makes sense to me. Better to be able to pin the feeling down than just have a nebulous free-floating sad.

Heck yeah! That's one reason I'm really looking forward to moving to MA.

Speaking of this weekend, when are you arriving? We bought a brand new, queen size aerobed with pillow top. And new sheets!

Not sure of the arrival. Ali's going to see her dad on Friday morning but we were going to leave after that. What time would you like us there/will you be home from work?

He's going to be at Comicopia in Kenmore Square Friday afternoon. I had been planning to go and have some old Adventure or All-Star or Legion comics signed, but only recently realized it was the day we wee supposed to be driving down. The signing is at 2, and that's just too late. Oh well.

Ah well. Perhaps you'll have to go to the Giant Comic Con in CA. Or maybe the one in NYC as I understand that one is actually good these days.
