I discovered another band I really like in my 40 cent cd pile. It is by Simon and Milo. Had it been described to me first, I likely would have ditched it immediately, but since I gave it a try with no idea what to expect, I realized it was good. They lyrics are quite funny and the music is unusual. I bought the CD because it had an anime/emo look to it. Sure enough, it is emo. However, it is also techno with a good rock & roll base. I'm not quite sure what to call it: technemo? Em-ho-tech?

Emo, right? Now put it to a rock based, techno track. Many of their other lyrics are actually quite funny and still Emo. While researching them on hte web, I found that they are an animated group. They have a video of their music videos and they're all animated. I intend to get it.

EDIT: I should also point out the lead singer has a great British accent which only makes it better.
